Well it was such a great few days at Harrogate for the Stitchbook Collective 'Untangled Threads' with Helen Birmingham who leads this fabulous stitching group. I visited the stand on Friday 19th November, it was great to meet Helen and all the other stitchers that were there on that day. The stand was classed as a charity stand so no products were sold on the day; all of the opportunities for joining the stitchbook collective were there and the volunteers (stitchers) on the stand made a great job of talking to everyone and promoting stitching and what was available through the Stitchbook Collective.

It was fantastic to see the Kimono that had been put together by Helen from all of the stitched squares created by us the stitchers of the collective. I contributed my two squares - I looked hard but really struggled to see them, I know they were there lol.....
Here are a couple of photographs of the stitchers ( a little picture of each one of us that we sent in to Helen), some of the portraits done as year 2 stitchers and a image of some work done in a separate collaboration spin off group of some of the stitchers.
